We’re thrilled and just a little bit skitey to bring you our very own heritage range of seeds prepared by the good people at Egmont Seeds in Taranaki to thrive in New Zealand growing conditions.

Gourmet Salad Blend Lettuce

Each packet contains approximately 500 seeds. Store seeds in a cool, dark place.

When to sow: Spring, summer or autumn. Note – lettuce struggles to germinate in temperatures above 24^oC. If sowing in summer, choose a cool location.
Where to grow: Cool, well-drained site in part sun, part shade.
How to sow: Sow 5mm deep in garden, or trays for transplanting once frosts have ended. Spread seeds thinly in rows. Seedlings should emerge after 7-10 days.
Care: Keep seedbed or tray evenly moist during germination period. Once seedlings have three or more leaves, transplant until big enough to plant out. Garden spacing should be approximately 30cm. Use thinnings to transplant to another bed for a bigger crop.
Ready to eat: Typically after 55-75 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not completely manage it because several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock after the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

You can only return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition the day you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
